Chiropractic or Spinal Therapy

New Patient - For your first visit: £75

This appointment is for your first visit to the clinic.

If you cant find a time that works for your calendar on the on our booking page, please message or call the team and we will work one out for you where ever possible.

This fee covers the initial consultation and testing as well as the first treatment.

Your First 6 Chiropractic/Spinal Therapy Appointments Pay as You Go: £60 per session

(Existing patients only)

Pay as you go during your FIRST 6 APPOINTMENTS.

(A package of 6 is available for £288 which we recommend for making lasting change and saving you money. Your practitioner will explain this in your first/next visit. This works out as £48 per session).

This is full body appointment including any soft tissue work that may be needed during you visit to Flow.

Continued care for Chiropractors or Spinal Therapy: £50 per session

(Existing patients only)

This is for pay as you go patients only who have completed their initial care plan. Your practitioner will let you know when this is. Usually after your first 6 appointments have been completed.

This is a continued care, full body appointment including any soft tissue work that may be needed during your visit.

Junior New Patient: £65

(New patients only)

This is for people aged 17 and under.

If under the age of 13 please call the clinic first.

Return to Flows care after 12 months since last appointment at Flow: £65

(Existing patients only)

Please use this if you have visited Flow before but have been out of our care for over 12 months. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you in clinic soon.

Sports Rehab & Massage Therapy

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage: 55 mins for £60

Please wear or bring shorts with you to this massage. Where possible, please bring a towel with you.

This fee covers the initial consultation and testing as well as the first treatment.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage: 30 mins for £40

Injury and Sports Rehabilitation Assessment and Treatment by our resident Sports Therapist. Charlie treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries.

Book with our Massage therapists Katie and Tara.

TMJ Massage: £60

Hips to head deep tissue massage including intra-oral techniques to provide relief from TMJ/Jaw dysfunction.

This will be booked with Tara only.

Western Acupuncture

Western Acupuncture: £60

Acupuncture uses fine needles to ease pain, relax muscles, support natural healing, and can also assist with addiction management and certain cosmetic concerns.

Western Herbal Medicine

Western Herbal Medicine First Appointment: £75

(New patients only)

A full in-depth hour long consultation including past medical history and body systems review as well as hands on clinical exams if necessary.

Herbal medicine uses a variety of preparations including teas, syrups, tinctures, powders, capsules, creams and balms to suit your condition.

Western Herbal Medicine Follow Up: £45

(Existing patients only)

For existing patients only and after being advised at your initial consultation.

Before my first visit the pain was impacting me being able to move, I felt so much better after the first visit and feel totally better now. Katie was able to work out where my pain originated from and not just fix the immediate pain but also discussed prevention going forwards. 100% recommend.

I remember the first time I saw her I couldn’t believe how much better I felt in my back, neck and shoulders after a session with her. I felt looser, less muscle tightness, and I could move my neck so much better. It was after quite a stressful time of life, so I was clearly carrying that in my body and she really put me right. I make chiro a routine part of my year now, visiting every couple of months or so. Charlie also put my husband right after he was suffering a lot of deep tissue pain on one side of his back. He came out of that session a little sore, but able to move and twist so much better than what he could before. Totally recommend giving these guys a go if you haven’t. You won’t regret it. 🙏

Primarily working with Jack but also mixing in sessions with Tara and Charlie. All 3 are amazing and with their expertise my recovery was quicker than ever before. I’ll continue to go for general maintenance or ramp up the sessions if I’m having any other issues. They’ll listen to your concerns and adjust the sessions as necessary. From booking, finding your way through the door with concise instructions to the treatment plan itself, you are dealing with people that not only know their trade but they really care about it also.

I have worked with Charlie during this time who has worked with great skill to fix my back.  He has communicated brilliantly with me during my appointments and has now been given the nickname of Maradonna due to the way his hands have healed me.
